The Domino Dx1060i is a 100-watt CO₂ laser printer designed to guarantee coding quality and continuity even in the most demanding production conditions. Its power delivers sharp, well-defined codes on difficult materials such as PET, HDPE, glass, paper and multilayer surfaces, remaining stable even at very high speeds. This makes it an ideal solution for high-output lines, where code legibility and permanence are essential for product traceability and safety. The system uses advanced algorithms that optimize the laser beam and increase marking speed by up to 30% compared with previous models, delivering consistent quality regardless of the type of material. Management of variable data, 1D and 2D codes and GS1 standards is fully integrated, as are serialization and NTP synchronization for applications where precision is essential. Despite its power, the laser is built for harsh environments: the head is available in an IP54 or IP65 version, while the controller is IP55 certified, allowing use in dusty or humid areas and in locations subject to frequent washdowns. Operation is guaranteed up to 45°C, ensuring production continuity even on the most heavily loaded lines. Thanks to the long service life of the laser tube and to advanced diagnostics, the Dx1060i requires very little maintenance.
