Domino TLS

The Print & Apply System Designed to Reduce Downtime

The Domino TLS is a print & apply system engineered for maximum production autonomy. Equipped with two Domino M230i P&A systems, known for their speed and flexibility, the Domino TLS enables automatic switching between print & apply units without any downtime. This eliminates stoppages for consumable replacements or unexpected malfunctions. Domino TLS reduces production line downtime, increasing OEE by up to 5%. Its innovative design occupies minimal space on the production line while maintaining efficiency, combining two P&A units (left and right) with a next-generation control system. Choosing the Domino TLS print & apply system provides access to a wide range of additional devices that can be integrated to meet current and future regulatory requirements while enhancing productivity. In addition, the Domino TLS ensures every product is correctly labelled using the Domino R-Series Vision System or an Omron camera.
