Thanks to its widened rollers, extra-powerful servo motors and reinforced frame, Essentia H Series is a robust checkweigher able to guarantee maximum durability.

Automatic production control is guaranteed 100%: this avoids slow, inefficient manual sampling and the risk of placing non-compliant products on the market.

Thanks to EasyWeigh® technology, Essentia H Series needs no calibration or product learning for the items to be weighed.
Calculate your ROI and find out how much you can save
To help you understand the impact of product giveaway on your ROI, we have built a simulator. Enter the cost of your product per gram, the giveaway per pack and your production rate. The ROI simulator will show you how large the losses could be for each pack.

What is a checkweigher?
A checkweigher is a system that weighs products dynamically as they move along the production line and rejects those whose weight falls outside the set tolerances.
Why install a checkweigher on the line?
To avoid product giveaway, reduce waste, comply with prepackaged goods legislation and make sure no underweight pack reaches the customer.
Which products can be checkweighed?
Both solid and liquid products in pouches, trays, bottles, jars, cartons and boxes – from a few grams to several tens of kilograms.
Does a checkweigher need calibrating at every product changeover?
Not necessarily: systems with “Real-Weight” or EasyWeigh® technology measure the actual weight and start production with no product learning.
Can a checkweigher be integrated into an existing line?
Yes. The systems are modular and available in several belt configurations and heights, so they can be adapted to the existing line.
