Optimization visits: Once a year, our technician comes to your site to carry out preventive maintenance. This includes inspection of key parameters, fine-tuning adjustments, and replacement of standard wear parts. A service report documents the visit, and all costs are included in your agreement.

20% discount on onsite service: If repair requirements are identified during the visit, you receive a quotation with a 20% reduction on labor and travel costs – based on our standard pricing.

15% discount on spare parts: On Demand Plus also provides a 15% discount on all genuine Domino spare parts – whether purchased separately or installed during service visits.
