This tailored service agreement covers all equipment supplied by nimax Kenya. It includes onsite interventions, planned maintenance, fault resolution, and essential repairs to keep your systems running with consistency and reliability.

Scope of Services

  1. Onsite technical assistance, including fault identification and correction of both hardware malfunctions and software-related issues.
  2. Planned preventive maintenance with regular inspections of your machines.
  3. Replacement of defective parts and components needed to maintain full system functionality (spare parts to be provided by the customer).
  4. Quarterly operator and technician training sessions. Additional training can be scheduled upon request at no extra cost.

Exclusions (Not Included in This Agreement)

  1. Any damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized alterations.
  2. Consumables such as inks, ribbons, labels, printheads, filters, maintenance kits, and spare parts.
  3. Support requests arising from factors outside the control of nimax Kenya, such as natural disasters, power fluctuations, or other external conditions.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Consumables and Spare Parts: The customer agrees to use original consumables and spare parts provided by nimax Kenya, offered at competitive rates.
  2. If the customer chooses non-original consumables or spare parts not sourced from nimax Kenya, the supplier reserves the right to charge the full contract value of the Peace of Mind agreement. In cases where a discount has been applied, the “full value” refers to the pre-discount price.
  3. The Peace of Mind agreement is tied to an extended warranty of 24 months and can be renewed after the first 24 months from installation.
