The Domino Gx-OEM is a true “install-and-forget” TIJ system, built to integrate perfectly with any packaging machinery. Its compact footprint—just 6.4 × 20 × 15.9 cm—makes it ideal for installation inside electrical cabinets in automation projects.
All activities, including creating and modifying codes, can be managed directly through the user-friendly human-machine interface (HMI). The compact printheads allow easy mounting on the production line and can be positioned up to 25 meters away from the main controller.
The advanced functionality of Domino Gx-OEM supports remote monitoring via touchscreen or any web browser. It offers automatic cartridge detection and auto-setup of ink parameters to ensure the best print quality at all times.
Why Choose Domino Gx-OEM?
The Domino Gx-OEM lets a single controller operate up to four printheads, with a total print height of up to 104.3 mm. The system can handle individualized printing or simultaneous coding on separate lines.
Serialization and Track & Trace is supported via the Dynamark protocol, meeting 21CFR Part 11 requirements with complete audit trails and user management, plus validation documentation. Coding Automation features enable direct database transfer of coding data and automated format changes through ERP or MES systems.
The monitoring dashboards show live information about the status of each printer. Domino Cloud connectivity provides remote diagnostics and monitoring.
Custom user access levels can be set, ensuring the highest level of security at all times.

Gx PRO: Ready for the New Era of 2D Codes
The new Domino Gx PRO printheads have been developed to support the transition to GS1 Digital Link and information-rich 2D codes. With a print height of up to 23 mm, high resolution, and strong contrast, they enable the production of reliable, easy-to-read codes even on high-speed production lines.
Designed to deliver speed, compliance, and reduced waste, Gx PRO printheads make it possible to incorporate variable data such as batch numbers, expiry dates, and traceability information into 2D codes, supporting more effective controls throughout the supply chain. Seamless integration with Domino R-Series vision systems also enables automatic verification of every code directly on the production line.
