Domino Ux360i UV Laser Marker
Advanced UV laser coding for today’s packaging lines
The Domino Ux360i UV laser marker has been developed to produce durable codes with excellent readability and accurate positioning on next-generation packaging materials, including ultra-thin films and recyclable mono-material plastics.
Its UV laser process enables direct marking on the material by means of a photochemical reaction within the surface layer, avoiding physical stress or visible deformation of the substrate. As a result, the packaging remains fully intact, even when delicate materials are used.
Domino Ux360i is particularly suited to fast production lines and demanding installations, offering the versatility needed to fit easily into different line layouts. The unit provides more than 50 standard beam delivery configurations, together with a broad range of tailored options for application-specific needs.
Connection and control are straightforward: Ux360i integrates smoothly with ERP, WMS and MES platforms, while its browser-based interface allows clear, fast and user-friendly management of operations.
Key Reasons To Choose Domino Ux360i
The Domino Ux360i UV laser marker is engineered for long-lasting codes, delivering sharp contrast and reliable accuracy on advanced packaging substrates, including thin films and recyclable mono-material plastics.
Ux360i fits effectively into fast-moving production environments, combining flexible installation with more than 50 beam arrangement possibilities for smooth integration into existing systems.
Built for strict industrial requirements, the system supports GMP and FDA compliance and manages 2D and GS1 codes to strengthen product traceability.
